Chiefs for Change, a bipartisan network of state and district education leaders, developed a workbook (in partnership with Thru) to help systems plan for and allocate their federal Covid relief aid. The workbook includes information on the various types of funding and provides guidance for how to organize and receive funds, select initiatives, and identify partners.
