CCSSO, in partnership with the American Institutes for Research and the Center on Great Teachers and Leaders, developed Moving Beyond Self-Care: Practice and Policy Conditions to Support Educator Wellbeing. The resource explores the complex influences on educator wellbeing and identifies six actions state leaders can take to promote educator wellbeing efforts in their states. It also includes examples from states working to improve educator wellbeing and draws on lessons learned from CCSSO’s multistate community of practice focused on these issues.
