In 2024, CCSSO released A Nation of Problem-Solvers: How State Leaders Can Help Every Student Achieve in Math to support state chiefs as they seek effective strategies to enhance mathematics outcomes for all students.
The State Tool Kit for Improving Math aims to provide state education agencies with a set of practical tools for putting the recommendations in Nation of Problem-Solvers into practice. The tool kit includes a vision setting tool, a self-assessment and priority setting tool and a strategy alignment tool. This tool kit is designed to be used sequentially, with each tool building on the products of the one before it.
